Villa Blue Paradise is a newly built non-smoking private seafront retreat with a contemporary 3 bedroom main villa and a separate stone guest house with 3 bedrooms providing some extra privacy.
Enjoy one of the ‘garden rooms’ or lounging areas with hammocks in the garden architect designed fully enclosed private park of 12000 m2. The wide sea frontage allows direct and easy access to the sea and possibility to board a RIB or similar motor boat.
Elegant natural stone floors flowing from indoor to outdoor areas with very large sliding glass doors allows for a seamless inside/outside living experience. Enjoy family gatherings on comfortable designer couches surrounded by contemporary art.

On the ground floor is the master suite with king size bed, alfresco shower, sea view and covered terrace in front of the salt water infinity heated pool.
On the second floor with elevator access and stairs is a second master suite with king size bed, sea view and access to the garden.
The third bedroom has two twin beds convertible to a king size bed, a sea view covered terrace with daybed, and exercise equipment.
Blue Paradise has various terraces, garden rooms and lounge areas spread over the property.
A salt water heated swimming pool 22 meters long with in-pool lounge area.

As a group of 8 we recently stayed
in ‘Blue Paradise’.
The level of service, attention to detail and overall experience was exceptional. We have been on many family holidays over the last 20 years and have never experienced such a relaxing atmosphere.
The views from the villa are out of this world. Both the interior and exterior have such a calming effect that when we were away from the villa exploring Crete, all we wanted to do was come back and relax by the pool.
The location is ideal, both remote and quiet whilst being close enough to the neighbouring villages of Plaka and Almyrida.
Every single member of the team went the extra mile to accommodate. From organising boat trips and restaurants to cooking us traditional cuisine.
We can’t wait to book this again for next year. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven!!!

We thought the position, layout, level of comfort, condition and finish of the villa were all first class.

The attitude and support provided from all your team were outstanding.
Inside the house we very much appreciated the generous supply of basic supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. We liked the quantity of storage space, the number and quality of hangers in the cupboards and the large drawers in the bathrooms.

The workmanship and materials are excellent.
The entire property including the main villa, the guesthouse, the many terraces, the outdoor kitchen and the pool were immaculately clean.
The outdoor kitchen includes a large built – in BBQ and wood oven making the chore of preparing meals an absolute joy.
In the surrounding garden, there is little randomness. The myriad of plants, flowers, herbs and shrubs look like they are groomed daily.
A pétanque court, amongst the olive trees and overlooking the sea, is also a very nice feature in the garden. Beautifully designed and built.

surroundings
this port was carefully built in the 14th century for commercial purposes and for protection against pirate raids. Today it is a point of reference for the city of Chania, and a much-photographed place with a touch of magic!
